The rectifier bridge seals the rectifier tube in a shell. It is divided into full bridge and half bridge. The full bridge is to seal the four diodes of the connected bridge rectifier circuit together. Half bridge is to seal one half of the four diode bridge rectifiers together. Two half bridges can form a bridge rectifier circuit, and one half bridge can also form a full wave rectifier circuit with central tap of transformer. The rectifier circuit and working voltage should be considered when selecting the rectifier bridge.
Principle:
Rectifier bridge stack is generally used in full wave rectifier circuit, which is divided into full bridge and half bridge.
The full bridge is composed of four rectifier diodes connected in the form of bridge full wave rectifier circuit and packaged as one body.
The forward current of the whole bridge has various specifications such as 0.5A, 1a, 1.5A, 2a, 2.5A, 3a, 5A, 10a, 20a, 35A and 50a, and the withstand voltage (reverse voltage) has various specifications such as 25V, 50V, 100V, 200V, 300V, 400V, 500V, 600V, 800V and 1000V.
Rectifier circuit and working voltage shall be considered when selecting rectifier bridge. Rectifier bridge stack is generally used in full wave rectifier circuit, which is divided into full bridge and half bridge.
Fault detection method:
(1) If the positive and negative DC output voltages are abnormal, it is not necessary to check the rectifier diode, but to detect the power transformer, because it is less likely that several rectifier diodes will have the same fault at the same time.
(2) When a group of rectifier circuit fails, it can be checked according to the fault detection method described above. In this circuit, diodes VD1 and VD3, VD2 and VD4 of rectifier diodes are connected in parallel with DC circuit, which will affect each other during circuit detection, so the diodes should be disconnected from the circuit for accurate detection.
